An interactive environmental art project that focused on international art and land conservation. The installation presented an opportunity for visitors to question and to understand the role of natural space in the human experience. Protection was developed by two women artists and consisted of two phases - the art project taking place in Maine and the photographic documentation followed in Sofia, Bulgaria..
